Yoga Therapy is the application of yoga practices to promote self-care and encourage overall well-being, using specific yoga practices and their known benefits to help alleviate or improve mental and physical ailments. I am affiliated with IAYT (International Association Yoga
Therapist), through which I continue my studies together with yoga researchers and health professionals.

Yoga Therapy takes care of every aspect of your health using all the tools that yoga and meditation make available: specific asanas to relieve small daily ailments, practices to harmonize breathing, meditations to bring harmony and well-being.

Yoga Therapy stimulates the natural ability of the body and mind to optimize well-being. With a personalized project to be built together, we learn to dialogue with symptoms and habits, to relieve pain and tension, to transform habits and to act in every area with our health as our main objective.

What do you need to boost your immunity? Is it possible to age well? How can you counter daily stress? How can you start resting and sleeping well again? What is useful for counteracting anxiety? Is it possible to muscle tension?

It is a time for listening to and taking care of your body, in close contact with your needs, in search of new balances.

During the course of a Yoga Therapy program, I avail myself of the consultation and supervision of a doctor.
Customized proposals from 2 to 7 days.
Individual retreat or for small groups of up to 6 people.
