Nel mio lavoro la relazione è importante, ma non sempre è possibile. Ti propongo abbonamenti online che ti permettono di srotolare il tappetino comodamente da casa tua e seguire da casa le lezioni. E’ un modo per restare ‘connessa’ con la tua voglia di benessere e mantenere nel tempo presenza e consapevolezza. Anche nei momenti più difficili.

Yoga and meditation always with you

When it is not possible to attend classes in person, practicing yoga and meditation online
still has advantages. In fact, it allows you to choose when to practice
and it will be easier to attend more often without feeling tied to fixed times. You can decide the
duration of the lesson based on your commitments and needs.
You can practice anywhere; all you need is a device, tablet, PC or mobile phone, a good internet connection and a yoga mat.
In the online lessons, I offer all the necessary information to help those who practice
understand the correct alignments, I explain the positions and how to perform the transitions: you will therefore have all the tools to deepen your knowledge and improve your practice.
Online lessons are not recorded, they are always live.

You can choose between the lessons on request by booking on the day and time you want, or
between three types of subscription: short Hatha Yoga subscription on Mondays from 9:00 to 9:30 am, Hatha Yoga lunch break subscription on Mondays from 1:00 to 1:50 pm, Meditation and Breath subscription on Mondays from 7:00 to 7:40 pm.

Subscription rates

Hatha yoga short lessons on Mondays from 09:00 to 09:30 am | €40 per month
30 minute Hatha Yoga lessons, with simple asanas and pranayama. They are an incentive for constant practice even with little time available.

Hatha Yoga basic lessons on Mondays from 1:00 to 1.50pm | €70 per month
50 minute Hatha Yoga lessons, for a deepern practice with a program that progresses over time, with asanas, pranayama and meditations. Ideal for the lunch break alone or with colleagues.

Meditation and Breathwork Monday from 7:00 to 7.40pm | €60 per month
40 minutes Meditation and breathing lesson to learn how to breathe well and meditate. Ideal for evening relaxation.
