I teach breathing practices, coming from different traditions, to awaken the intelligence of the body and its innate healing capacity, to help the ‘breath’ to make space, to become wider and deeper and finally to be free.

Breathing well has a strong calming and regenerating power, promotes sleep and rest, activates a good mood and brings serenity.

I propose personalized and progressive paths to learn to breathe well.

Private groups, family reunions and team and friends are welcome. “On demand” classes are made up of a small group of people who wish to make a common path together; thus a reserved class is formed with a customized program.
