The feeling of relaxation and well-being that occurs after each lesson is a tonic for the mind, body and spirit. Practicing asanas and pranaymas is a key to become aware of what is happening inside us: we relax our mind and we feed on new energies. It is a precious moment of care that gives joy and fulfillment.
