Hatha Yoga


Hatha Yoga is one of the main tools I propose to promote daily well-being and alleviate physical and mental ailments. It is an invitation to take responsibility for your own health, an empowering process that occurs by applying the teachings and practice; fundamental to overcome the various somatic dysfunctions, ranging from back problems, to sleep disorders, to emotional discomfort.
Hatha Yoga is a tonic for the nervous and glandular systems, a moment of healing and fulfillment, which stimulates the body's natural self-healing abilities.

Meditation


In my individual or group sessions, meditation occupies an important place as a tool for promoting inner peace, intuition and connection, but also for the perceived benefits on physical and mental health. Deeper breathing, more regular blood pressure and heart rate initiate a cascade of physiological effects that counteract what occurs in response to stress. These physiological changes are termed the "relaxation response that all organs in our body benefit from." On the pillow we learn the practice, and then we bring it into life!

Kundalini Yoga


Kundalini Yoga is a powerful technology that acts on deep and subtle energies, activates the transformation of the psyche and opens to a broader and more benevolent vision of life. I use asana sequences called Kryia, along with mantras and mudras; each individual or group session develops a specific theme with a particular aptitude for health, well-being and openness of the heart.
I practice and teach Kundalini Yoga according to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, who in the 1980s brought this ancient Indian science to the West.

I propose practices from different eras and traditions that awaken the body's intelligence and its innate healing capacity, help the breath to make room, to become wider and finally to be free. With practice I learn to listen, to welcome, to give and to receive and I align myself with the preciousness of the present moment. In harmony with the breath, the movements become spaces for meditation that celebrate the sacredness of the body.
