Kundalini Yoga
Physical practices, pranayama and meditations, as taught by Master Yogi Bhajan. It is the yoga of awareness that promotes health and well-being.

Meditation
A space and a time dedicated to learning meditation practices that help us bring balance to our lives and to discover the lights and shadows that are within us.

Pranayama
Breathing is life! Learning to breathe in a full and satisfying way is opening up to life. Breathing practices and physical practices together bring balance and well-being.
